Vietnam Airlines Orders Eight 787 Dreamliners

Vietnam Airlines has ordered eight Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners. The airline is in talks to order an additional eight 787s and plans to also lease three 787-9 jets. The carrier expects to take first delivery in 2015.

Saudi Arabian Airlines Says It Is Committed To 787 Dreamliner

Saudi Arabian Airlines says it is committed to the Boeing 787 Dreamliner and its order for 12 of the jets.  Speculation was raised this week after Saudi Arabian announced they planned to acquire 12 777-300ER jets.  More at FlightGlobal.

Boeing CEO Praises Boeing Charleston 787 Dreamliner Workforce
