Boeing 787 Dreamliner Test Flight Makes Emergency Landing In Laredo
Boeing's Dreamliner No. 2 had to make an emergency landing in Laredo, Texas after smoke was reported in the back of the cabin. The Boeing 787 test crew evacuated using emergency slides after landing in Laredo. The test 787 flight originated in Yuma, Arizona on a hot weather test to evaluate the nitrogen generating system in the wing fuel tanks. The pilots and test engineers were evacuated safely.
